Pssst...(giveaway time)

Oh 2009,
I can't say I'm sorry to see you go....you were a pip of a year and the only constant you brought was change.  But mixed in with all of that change was laughter, tears, heartbreak, growth, love and togetherness and I wouldn't trade a minute of it.  As a way to say thanks to all of you who have visited me here  I am excited to announce my 2nd annual New Year's Eve Giveaway!  Anyone who leaves a comment, hope, dream or resolution between now and midnight PST will be entered in a drawing for my new little block painting "Full House".  I will announce the winner tomorrow at noon PST and and share some of my own hopes, dreams and resolutions for 2010.  Thanks so much for reading.....

Well, honestly, in line with the title of this piece I hope to have a Full House of happy guest, visitors, teachers, & students at Sweetland Retreat in 2010.

My dreams of opening an Artist Retreat have already come true and I hope to keep fostering the creativity amongst this great wide community of artists that come in contact with us!

Happy New Year! Hope your 2010 is a wonderfully creative year.

My resolution is to (try to) enjoy the little, sometimes irritating things in life. Those little things that must get done -- lunch packing, laundry folding, sock shopping, etc.

I'm hoping this will be a winning year, starting with this piece!

Happy New Year Beth,
I love reading your blog. My resolution is a little cliche but I feel it is important to put it out there.....In 2010 I want to concentrate every day on being the best person I can be, and not living so much in the future. All the best for the coming year, Michele.

Happy New Year, Beth! My hope for 2010 is to let loose the "tethers" I feel bound by, or rather to not feel them as tethers at all. Our encounter the other day was so nice; I hope your holiday was grand!
