In the beginning...

In the beginning of creating a collection images mix and mingle. Subjects interact or reject one another and a constant stream of words and ideas take shape on my brown paper covered work tables. This is the part I love. The part that seems magic. Where it all begins to make sense. These few pieces are just about ready for wax and color. It's the part where they grow up and become who they were meant to be ( i love that part too).

What do you love about the creative process?

I have two stages I really love, the first one is what I call the research part and the second one is the hours of holding my needle.

i LOVE seeing your creative process because lately mine has been non.existent.
BUT...
when i DO get to create. i love the alone-time of the whole process.
happy new year friend.
(and yes, you will have to share your "MOVING FAMILY" secrets of success)

i love how i lose all sense of time! the more stuff i pull out of my craft bins, the more my design changes... i used to think i needed to plot my work out but i seem to have more fun just going with the flow!

I love the gathering.... The waiting before the project and listening to what and who it will become. I love being alone with the "who" it is becomming. I love the unfolding of the project waiting and listening to all it has to say.

I love your process. You inspire me! Thank you so much for all you give to my heart.

Blessings,
